Always consistently decent car wash. For $20 a month it's a pretty good deal if you take care of your car.

I went through, asking for a wash quality that would give most attention to my rims, because they have a lot of brake dust on them. I was assured they would receive the attention needed and went with it. After 1 wash, the brake dust was still very prominent. So I spoke to the guy running sales again and he gave me a free rewash and assured me again it would be taken care of. It wasn’t. I understand that automated washing systems can’t be perfect, but I think they could’ve done more, especially considering I could wipe off the dust with my finger. I was satisfied with the rest of my wash though.

As a Member who paid for the “Platinum” add on service, you expect to get at a minimum your car seats vacuumed, your cup holders cleaned and surfaces wiped down with a wet cloth. Once again (not my first experience) the service lacked ALL of these things. They washed my rubber mats and wiped down the dash. I had to (once again) vacuum out my own car and will be ending my visit to this location. I was asked if I wanted to see the manager. Why not just bring the manager with you when you know a customer is disappointed in the service. Poor customer care.

I purchased the titanium wash $51 after a tip today so my inside and out would be cleaned If I had not been in a hurry I would have asked for another wash Very disappointed

I do not complain and have not complained. But this particular Mister car wash has consistently gone downhill. When I first started going here the vehicle would be vacuumed. Everything wiped down. It was great now for the past 5 to 6 times I have had to ask them if they actually vacuumed or wiped down certain places I don’t know if this is a training thing or the kids working there I’ve just decided not to care it would be great if this could be fixed and service could get back to a acceptable level. For the car wash side of the house it’s always been pretty good except for last time I have folding mirrors I asked if the attendant would please push in my mirror on the other side, so I did not have to get out of the vehicle, you told me no, and that was the end of the conversation.

They normally wipe down the interior when you purchase Titanium Interior for 44.00.I have always loved the service in the past. I tipped 5.00 as my car was a little dirtier than normal due to travel. When it was done I had to ask for a towel to wipe surfaces myself. They said they only vacuum, clean windows and wash the outside now. Wish I would have known before purchasing the most expensive package. I used to always get a great cleaning. I won’t be back.

I have been a customer for years and going to several locations in Springfield and have been disappointed for some time with their interior services. I keep thinking it will get better but it’s actually getting worse. I have my car washed and detailed inside, but I will not be doing this anymore as it is a complete waste of money and is getting worse every time I come through. I am not sure their vacuum is even working and not sure what they use to wipe anything done, it appears to be a dry cloth as you can see in the pictures that my car is not clean. See pictures below for after I paid to have my car washed and detailed with their platinum service.
